Server API

The app talks to superhound.app for updates and licenses.

Request	Function
`GET /api/latest`	The latest release: `{version, build, url, sha256, notes}`. 503 with `{error}` when no release is available.
`POST /api/activate`	Send `{key, device, label}`, get `{token}` or `{error}`.
`POST /api/deactivate`	Send `{key, device}`, get `{}` or `{error}`.

device is the app's one-way device ID: 64 hex characters. Activation and deactivation allow 10 requests a minute for each IP address.

MCP server

AI agents can connect to https://superhound.app/mcp (Streamable HTTP, no sign-in). Its tools give the install command, the latest version, a search of these docs, and one docs page as Markdown.
